On the site, the services and facilities listed a spa, a sauna and a restaurant. When I arrived there was none of that! So these were criteria for my reservation. I spoke with the owner of the establishment and he never indicated on any platform that the establishment had these services...... So Trip.com, you are liars and crooks, lying to make as many reservations as possible. Between travel and meals outside because the guesthouse is 6 km from the center of Phnom Penh. The damage amounts to $80 for meals for 8 days and $48 for travel by tuktuk. Trip.com compensation 15 dollars ....... Ridiculous and start by not lying to your customers anymore. I recommend booking. They are much more serious and honest on the descriptions.
